Just Breathe

A steaming cup of tea rests on a rustic wooden table beside a journal and pen, with a comfy blanket and soft morning light filling the cozy room. The scene feels peaceful and invites quiet reflection and stillness. 

You don’t have to strain to sense My Presence. You don’t have to manufacture emotion or try to “feel” something spiritual. I’m not asking you to perform in your quiet time. 

I’m simply asking you to trust that I am here with you. There once was a chasm between us but I have crossed it and am now here with you, heart to heart.

Set down the pressure, settle into this moment, and be with Me.

I know the heart I crafted within you. You were made to recognize My voice and walk in step with Me. I am the One who holds all things together, and My presence already fills the deepest part of who you are. You don’t need to chase Me — I’m already here. Just be still. Simply breathe Me in.

“The Holy One of Israel invites you: ‘Return to Me. In resting and quiet trust you will find strength, and in coming back to Me you will find salvation’” (Isaiah 30:15 TPT).
