Spiritual Imagination: Praying in Pictures

A beaujtiful luxurious tropical waterfall with the text: Dear child, When your anxiety seems overwhelming, remember I am there, closer than the air you breathe and the tears you cry. I am pouring My comforts abundantly down upon you. Imagine My Holy Spirit rushing down, surrounding you and filling you, like a divine waterfall. Spiritual imagination is simply praying in pictures. You don’t always have to use words for Me to hear and understand you. Sometimes your deepest needs are beyond human language (Romans 8:26; Psalm 94:19)

"In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul."

"So too the Holy Spirit comes to our aid and bears us up in our weakness; for we do not know what prayer to offer nor how to offer it worthily as we ought, but the Spirit Himself goes to meet our supplication and pleads in our behalf with unspeakable yearnings and groanings too deep for utterance."
